Flat Flange For Welding (Slip On)

Flat welding flange refers to a type of flange that is connected to a container or pipeline using a fillet weld. Belongs to any type of flange. During the design process, check the integrity of the connection between the flange ring and the straight tube section according to the overall or loose flange. There are two types of flange rings: necked and non necked. Compared with neck welded flanges, flat welded flanges have a simple structure and save materials, but their stiffness and sealing performance are not as good as those of neck welded flanges.
